AUDU MAIKORI TO QUIT CHOCOLATE CITY

Audu Maikori, the current president of Chocolate City Music Group has said he will be stepping down from his position soon.

He revealed this at the Nigerian Entertainment Conference in Lagos saying someone will assume the office in July 2015.

Audu a former lawyer, who has flirted with Nigerian politics told the NET that he’s done well enough and he believes the younger generation have a lot more to deliver.

The record label which has greatly influenced Nigerian music and is home to acts like Iceprince Zamani, M.I. Abaga, Jesse Jagz, Victoria Kimani, Nosa, Pryse and Dice Ailes, will this year celebrate it’s 10th year anniversary.
